Her name is "Jody". She's been featured in several Milton videos. (and no, I'm NOT talking about those two brainless, blonde Milton twin sisters!) This is a "Milton", circa. 80's, out of Denver, CO. For my money, Milton's were and are the best amateur (now vintage amateur) videos ever produced. Very hard to find on the internet, I know. I have conducted exhaustive searches!
